On August 17, 97 organizations from across the country sent a letter to congressional leadership in support of the Community Revitalization Fund.
As Congress continues to negotiate a potential $3.5 trillion social spending package, stakeholders are encouraged to continue signing on to the letter to demonstrate ongoing support for the Community Revitalization Fund.
The Biden-Harris administration has proposed a new Community Revitalization Fund to invest in community assets that build wealth for existing residents, increase community engagement, and strengthen civic infrastructure.
The Community Revitalization Fund is a critical complement to the administration’s proposed investments in underserved communities because it focuses on the broader assets and amenities that intentionally center racial and economic equity and prioritize local capacity building.
Now is an important time to share support for this critical investment in our nation's infrastructure. Read the letter and sign on today.
